FolkStone Family Care Homes provide long term residential care for seniors, adults with acquired brain injury and others with significant needs who are unable to manage on their own. Each of our Family Caregivers serves one or two residents in their own family home. This offers an attractive alternative to more institutional living environments.
FolkStone residents benefit from:

Family Caregivers are located throughout Greater Vancouver. Nursing and care assistant staff provide them with support and supervision and are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. They visit all residents regularly for weekly or bi-weekly assessments, follow-up and family caregiver consultation. They aid in problem solving and provide recreation, transportation and organize social activities.
FolkStone provides service to some private clients. Others are placed by
Vancouver Coastal Health, Fraser Health and Community Living BC, as well
as other agencies.
