The KidStart and FolkStone programs rely on donations from foundations, business and individuals. These programs are not government funded.
Contributions are gratefully accepted through our Vancouver office location at 3894 Commercial Street, Vancouver BC V5N 4G2. PLEA is a registered charity and we will provide you with a receipt for income tax purposes. We happily accept cheques and VISA.

The KidStart endowment fund with the Vancouver Foundation is designed to provide long term income to the KidStart program for children age 6+. The Bernie Agg Scholarship Fund provides ongoing scholarships to students from the Justice Institute and the Native Education Centre who have overcome odds to continue their education. Contributions can be directed to the Vancouver Foundation www.vancouverfoundation.bc.ca. Please specify the name of the Endowment fund.
